As your exchange item will be shipped immediately, you will be required to enter your credit card details and a $1 pre-authorisation will be held until your return item is received and approved by our returns department. Once your return is received and approved, the $1 deposit will be released. We recommend sending your return as soon as possible after submitting your return online, as exchanges received outside of the 14 day return window will be charged in full and returned to your original order address. If an exchange does not meet the standard BASSIKE return policy, the credit card used for pre-authorisation will also be used to deduct the full value of the original return item. In this instance our customer care team will be in touch and your order will be returned to the original order address. Please check your items meet our return policy standards before making a return.
