Online returns

You may return your Bassike order for a refund, exchange or credit note within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached. in the interest of hygiene, earrings are not eligible for return.

For returns of sale items, we do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty. You are welcome to return sale items for an exchange or credit note unless the item is marked as final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible to be returned at all, unless deemed faulty. 

To submit your return please follow the link below and enter your order confirmation number (including the #WAU) and your email or postcode.

To proceed with your return please select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason, you will then be able to select whether you would like a refund, instant exchange or store credit.

After submitting your return a prepaid shipping label will be generated that you can use to send your return back to us. If you do not have a printer, you can scan the barcode at the post office where the shipping label will be printed for you.


In store returns

Exchange or credit note on goods purchased in-store is permitted within 7 days from purchase upon proof of receipt. Garments must be returned in their original condition with the swing tag and must not have been worn, altered or washed. No refunds will be given for change of mind unless required by law.
