Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same business day (excludes public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $10.00 (free for orders over $200AUD). Delivery within 2-7 business days.

Express Delivery: Flat rate of $12.00. Delivery within 1-3 business days when ordered before 12pm on weekdays.

NEW ZEALAND

Express Shipping (DHL): Flat rate of $20.00 (free for orders over $300AUD). Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Additional customs fees may apply to orders over $1000 NZD. These charges are set by your local customs authority and may include taxes and import duties.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any applicable duties, taxes or fees must be paid once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included at checkout and are non-refundable if your order is returned.

If delivery is refused due to these charges, the parcel will be returned to Bassike. Any return shipping, customs or handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL

Express Shipping (DHL): Flat rate of $25 USD (free for orders over $300 USD). Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note that all orders shipped to Israel will incur a shipping charge of $75 USD. This adjustment is due to increased shipping costs and operational expenses associated with developments in the region.

Additional customs fees may apply and are determined by your local customs authority. These may include sales tax and import duties.
