Bassike Australia ships to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand. Our Australian postage charges are:

Free standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders over $200AUD with Australia Post

$10 standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders under $200AUD with Australia Post
$12.00 express delivery (1-3 business days) in available areas when ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri.

For New Zealand shipping, we offer the following option:

Free express delivery (2-3 days) for all orders over $300AUD New Zealand wide with DHL international express.

$15.00 express delivery (2-3 days) on all other orders New Zealand wide with DHL international express.

Additional customs fees may apply if the value of your order is over $1000NZD.

Bassike ships worldwide via our international freight partner DHL express.

Our international shipping charges are: 

Free express delivery (3-5 days) for all orders over $300USD worldwide with DHL international express

$20USD express delivery (3-5 days) for all other orders worldwide with DHL international express.

Additional customs fees may apply. this charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
 
 1. Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia and;
 
 2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Orders are shipped on a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item.
