When entering your credit note/gift voucher at checkout, please ensure it is applied at the second stage (after the shipping details) of the checkout in the gift voucher section under 'apply gift card' rather than the discount code section.

Please check that you are entering in the correct details when applying your voucher and ensure that it has not expired.

If you have more than one voucher, please apply the first one. You will then be taken to the second page of the checkout. To redeem the second one, you will need to go back to the first page of the checkout and enter in your second voucher and apply again. Both vouchers should then successfully apply.
